Bluebell Design is a drop off and collection point for Pembertons Sewing Machines in Stirling.
I do NOT service or repair the machines, and your contract for any work is with Pembertons.
Machines can be dropped off by arrangement at my premises in Low Valleyfield (easy access and free parking right outside my studio). They will be collected from me by Pembertons to be serviced and repaired on their premises. This saves you a long drive from Fife and a battle with the traffic restrictions at their premises on Friar Street in Stirling.
It is essential that you telephone me before bring your machine to me. I may not be there, or I may have a class on or a client booked in. If I am busy, I will have no other option but to turn you away. Call first to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey.

How it works:
- Contact Pembertons in Stirling to book your machine repair or service with them
- Call me (07940 262043) to arrange a drop off date and time.
- Bring your machine to me when arranged.
- Pembertons will then collect and return your machine to my studio
- You can then make arrangements to collect.
Your contract is with Pembertons at all times and for all transactions. I am not involved in business conducted between you and Pembertons Sewing Machines. Please take all queries and questions to Pembertons Sewing Machines.
