Appointments with Bluebell Design

Clients are seen by appointment ONLY.

Please do NOT visit if you have not booked an appointment. My studio is very busy and I regret that I will have to turn you away if you have not booked in.

Weekdays:

Appointments can be booked from Monday – Friday, between 10am and 4pm, depending on availability. There is no deposit for weekday appointments but any future bookings will be affected should you fail to attend without giving me notice.

Saturdays:

I offer a limited number of appointments on Saturday. Saturday appointments can be booked between 10am and 4pm, dependent on availability.

Saturday appointments for new clients are contingent on payment of a deposit of £20 per person.

This will be invoiced electronically via Sum Up. Your deposit is fully refunded when you attend your appointment, usually as a discount from any work you commission.

You will be sent an invoice by email, and only on payment will your provisional appointment be confirmed.

Should you need to cancel, please ensure you do so (by text or email) at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you do this, you will receive a full refund of your fee.

You will not receive a refund of any kind if you fail to attend your appointment and did not cancel within the timeframe noted above.

I have found to my dismay that a small number of people feel that it is acceptable to book appointments and then fail to attend, leaving me waiting for them. This small deposit is intended to deter such behaviour, and if it occurs, to compensate me in a small way for the inconvenience and disruption to my weekend.

Current guidelines

1 – only one person should attend the appointment, unless the client is a child, in which case one parent or guardian should remain with them. If you wish to bring one other person, please contact me a few days before your appointment to check this can be accommodated.

2 – if you are feeling at all unwell before your appointment, please telephone me to postpone it. Please do NOT attend. I also rely on you to inform me if you’re diagnosed with the virus within 7 days of visiting my studio, so that I can take appropriate actions and contact my other clients.

3 – social distancing will be maintained, except when I am actually doing your fitting.
