Weekdays:
Appointments can be booked from Monday – Friday, between 10am and 4pm, depending on availability. There is no fee for weekday appointments but future bookings may be affected should you fail to attend without giving me 24 hours notice.
Saturdays:
Please note that Saturday appointments incur a booking fee of £15 per person. This is non-refundable.
Appointments can be booked between 10am and 4pm, dependent on availability.
Your booking fee will be invoiced electronically via Sum Up and your appointment is not confirmed until this fee is paid.
Appointment guidelines
2 people can attend your appointment – you and one other adult. Additional people will have to remain outside.
Keeping to 2 people allows me to focus on you and your needs without distractions. With multiple attendees (eg 4 bridesmaids), appointments can be scheduled to run one after another, but those not involved will still be asked to wait in their cars.
No children are allowed in my studio unless the fitting is for them.
Please do not wear makeup when coming for a wedding gown fitting. Make up transfers really easily to light coloured fabrics and you may ruin your dress before you’ve even had a chance to wear it.
My studio is on the ground floor with easy access for those with mobility issues.
